Overview
Faded stripes drop a property's curb appeal before a tenant ever walks the building, and an out-of-date ADA layout invites a demand letter. KMR re-stripes lots and decks on a documented cadence — and updates ADA compliance with a Registered Accessibility Specialist where required — so the layout matches the current Texas Accessibility Standards and not whatever was painted in 2009. Fire-lane and emergency-response striping is scoped separately under our Fire Lane & Emergency Response Striping program so the AHJ documentation lives in its own log.
