Project Manager
Full-time · Houston, TX
Run commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. Own budget, schedule, and the relationship with the owner and design team.
What you'll do
- Lead estimating, buyout, and procurement
- Manage subcontractor performance and pay applications
- Run weekly OAC meetings and produce status reports
- Coordinate with the superintendent on schedule and quality
What we're looking for
- 5+ years as a PM on commercial GC work
- Experience with projects $1M – $25M
- Procore or comparable PM software
- OSHA 30 (current)
Superintendent
Full-time · Houston, TX (field)
Own the jobsite. Run the schedule, the trades, and the safety program. Be the face of KMR on the ground.
What you'll do
- Daily site supervision and trade coordination
- Quality control and inspection coordination
- Toolbox talks and safety enforcement
- Daily logs and weekly schedule updates
What we're looking for
- 7+ years field experience on commercial projects
- Experience running jobs solo end-to-end
- OSHA 30 (current)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Estimator
Full-time · Houston, TX
Build budgets that hold up through buyout. Quantify scope, solicit bids, and produce honest pricing for owners and design teams.
What you'll do
- Quantity takeoffs from drawings
- Subcontractor and supplier bid solicitation
- Bid leveling and scope clarification
- GMP and hard-bid proposal preparation
What we're looking for
- 3+ years estimating commercial work
- On-Screen Takeoff or comparable software
- Strong reading of drawings and specs
Project Engineer
Full-time · Houston, TX
Support PMs with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and document control. The bench role for someone who wants to grow into PM.
What you'll do
- Maintain submittal and RFI logs
- Process change orders and meeting minutes
- Assist with buyout and procurement
- Coordinate document control and as-builts
What we're looking for
- Construction Management or related degree, or 2+ years PE experience
- Procore or comparable

Carpenter / Foreman
Full-time · Houston, TX (field)
Lead a small self-perform crew on rough and finish carpentry across active commercial sites.
What you'll do
- Layout, framing, blocking, and finish carpentry
- Direct apprentices and helpers
- Coordinate with the superintendent
- Maintain tools and crew logistics
What we're looking for
- 5+ years commercial carpentry
- OSHA 10 (current)
- Reliable transportation and hand tools
Project Coordinator

Office-side support for project teams: contracts, COIs, lien waivers, billing, and keeping the document machine running.
What you'll do
- Subcontract issuance and compliance tracking
- Pay app and lien waiver processing
- Insurance certificate management
- Project closeout document compilation

- 2+ years coordinator/admin work in construction
- Excel proficiency
