Program
How safety runs day-to-day.
Every KMR project starts with a site-specific safety plan, a project hazard analysis, and a kickoff meeting that includes the superintendent, on-site subcontractor leads, and the owner representative.
On-site protocols include daily toolbox talks, weekly site walks with photo documentation, and same-day incident reporting to ownership. Subcontractor safety is enforced through prequalification and scope-specific JHAs.
