01 · The challenge
Willbanks needed a full conference suite that could host investor meetings and internal training without compromise — meaning broadcast-quality AV, acoustic isolation between rooms, and a finish level that matched the executive floor above.
02 · The approach
KMR brought the AV integrator into the design phase to coordinate cabling pathways and ceiling cavity depth before MEP drawings were finalized. Sound STC ratings were specified room by room and verified by a third-party acoustic test before paint.
03 · The outcome
All three rooms tested above target STC. The client now hosts external partner meetings on this floor instead of off-site.
