01 · The challenge
Adkisson Group wanted a workplace that looked institutional to clients but felt residential to their team. The detail load — custom millwork, stone reception, integrated lighting — was unusual for a build of this size and schedule.
02 · The approach
KMR shop-drew every millwork wall in advance and shifted the long-lead stone fabrication to the front of the schedule. Onsite carpenters fit cabinetry to as-built field conditions rather than nominal drawings, so seams and reveals stayed tight.
03 · The outcome
Adkisson moved into a finish package that would normally require an additional 25 percent schedule, with no field rework on the millwork installation.
