Water Restoration & Emergency Response
24/7 emergency response for pipe bursts, sprinkler discharge, roof leaks, and flood damage on commercial properties — mitigation, drying, and rebuild under one contract.
24/7 Emergency Hotline
(713) 714-8652On site in 60 minutes or less, 24/7/365, across the greater Houston area
Overview
When water hits your building at 2 a.m., the meter on losses starts running before the call ends. KMR's emergency-response crews mobilize 24/7/365 with the gear to extract, dry, and stabilize a commercial space — and the construction arm to rebuild what gets cut out. Property managers on a KMR retainer get the same superintendent who already knows the building. Insurance carriers get an Xactimate-priced estimate from a TDLR-licensed contractor with $15M / $35M bonding behind it.
What we do
Mitigation, drying, rebuild — under one contract.
The full sequence from the first call through certificate of occupancy on the rebuild. No second mobilization. No second contractor.
- Emergency dispatch answered by a KMR superintendent — not an answering service
- Source control and containment — stop the active leak before scope grows
- Water extraction with truck-mounted vacuum and submersible pumps
- Structural drying with air movers, LGR and desiccant dehumidifiers, and InjectiDry for hard-to-reach cavities
- Moisture mapping with calibrated meters and FLIR thermal imaging — daily logs delivered to the claim file
- Antimicrobial treatment and odor neutralization
- Content pack-out, inventory, and off-site storage where required
- Insurance coordination — Xactimate scoping, photo documentation, adjuster walkthroughs
- Reconstruction by KMR's commercial construction arm — drywall, paint, ceilings, flooring, MEP, finishes — same contract, same superintendent, no second mobilization
Insurance coordination
We work direct with your carrier.
We work direct with your carrier or adjuster from day one. Estimates are written in Xactimate, photos and daily moisture logs are uploaded to the claim file, and the same KMR PM walks the loss with the adjuster. Because KMR holds both the mitigation contract and the rebuild contract, there is one scope of work — no re-estimate at supplement, no second contractor mobilization, no surprise gaps between dry-out and reconstruction.

When it happens
Don't wait for normal business hours.
The hotline below is the same number on every KMR truck — a superintendent picks up, day or night, weekday or weekend. If you're managing a portfolio and want a posted response window in writing, talk to us about a retainer first.
