Kenny Roch founds KMR Construction
Kenny Roch starts KMR as a privately held general contractor in Houston, focused exclusively on commercial work — custom design builds, remodels, and repairs for clients across the greater-Houston area.
2026
Stewardship transition
After 13 years at the helm, Kenny Roch retires. Kory Winters takes over as Managing Member and President, carrying forward KMR's standards for quality, integrity, and customer service.

Houston commercial GC
KMR delivers preconstruction, construction management, general contracting, and project management for commercial customers throughout the greater-Houston area — generally within a 30-mile radius of our office.
